We will work on processing your order as soon as possible so you can start enjoying your lovely new art! You will receive a confirmation email and we will keep you informed about shipping updates. We aim to dispatch your artwork within 4 weeks of purchase.

All artwork is carefully hand packaged and sealed to ensure protection during transit. Prints may be delivered rolled. All artwork sent will need to be signed for at the point of delivery.

An original artwork is a completely unique, one-of-a-kind piece that has been hand painted. You can shop original art here.
A giclée print, on the other hand, is a high-quality reproduction of an original painting. It’s created using a professional scan or photograph of the artwork and is printed with specialist inks and printers to ensure vibrant colour, detail, and longevity. You can shop limited edition giclée prints here.

A limited edition print means only a fixed number of that artwork will ever be produced. Once all prints in the edition are sold, no more will be made—making each one more exclusive, valuable, and collectable.

Yes, all limited edition prints are individually signed and numbered on the front by Anna. They also come with a certificate of authenticity for collectors.

Unfortunately, edition numbers can’t be selected, as they are assigned in the order that prints are sold.

For certain artworks, framing is available as an optional extra. You’ll be able to see if it’s offered for your chosen piece before adding it to your cart.

Commissions are currently closed, but if you’re interested, just drop us an email here and we’ll add you to our list to be contacted if a slot becomes available in future.

If you have a specific deadline for delivery, feel free to contact us—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request wherever possible.

Every effort is made to ensure artwork is photographed and displayed as true to colour as possible. However, please keep in mind that screen settings and lighting can vary slightly, so there may be minor differences when viewed in person.

New collections are released throughout the year, but not on a strict schedule. The best way to stay in the loop is to join our mailing list or follow along on Instagram—you’ll always hear about new releases and see sneak peeks there first.

We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and format.
All artwork is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. With quality and care are at the heart of everything we do, please allow up to 4 weeks from the date of order for dispatch. If you need your art delivered more quickly then please reach out. We are always happy to discuss your individual needs and will try to accommodate these if possible.

Cancellations
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of ordering and we will do our best to accommodate this where possible.
Returns
Since each piece is either one of a kind or is printed to order in limited quantities, all sales are considered final and we cannot accept returns for change of mind on orders once dispatched.
If unfortunately your order had arrived damaged, we will work with you to make this right so please get in touch.
